Public Lending Rights

A nice thing yesterday, an email from the Public Lending rights people telling me they're going to pay me some royalties for the four books I've got in Suffolk Libraries (UK). I checked the library service website and found that two of my books were quite popular last year.
The stock team have decided to buy copies of my latest offerings, 'The Digital Meltdown' and 'A G I - Artificial General Intelligence' so I'm hoping for a slightly bigger cheque next year.

If you're an author, consider getting in touch with your local library service. Get them to buy your books, the money isn't great, but the exposure is certainly worth having.
